I have a training officer who takes care of my daily training, but everyone in the department is very helpful if I have any doubts.
I think it’s nice that as a trainee you have regular follow-up interviews, where a status of my training is made and where I also get feedback on how I’m doing. It gives me the security of knowing where I am in relation to the training, and also allows me to say if something is not quite right.
