Timeline

2022
For the first time, Dantra Group appoints a CEO from outside the family.
2020
Dantra celebrates its 100th anniversary.
2011
The subsidiary Dantra AB is established in Sweden.
2009
Dansk Tanktransport A/S changes its name to Dantra A/S.
2006
The company merges with Padborg Transport Compagni.
2004
The company changes its name to Dansk Tanktransport A/S and exclusively focuses on tankers.

The 4th generation takes over. Kenneth Jensen represents the family business through the 4th generation.
2000
The DT Baltic subsidiary in Lithuania is established.
1971
The first tanker is purchased. Tank transport becomes the company's main business.
1965
The 3rd generation, Helge Jensen, joins the company.
1945
The 2nd generation takes over. Svend Aage Jensen led a significantly growing company in the following years.
1920
Martha and Anders Jensen founded Hjøllund Vognmandsforretning, which later became Dantra Group.

As a freight forwarder trainee, I have been allowed to work very independently and with great responsibility from the very beginning of my traineeship.

My experienced colleagues provide me with good training and lots of support.

I find the job as a freight forwarding trainee both varied and exciting, as no two days are the same. You will also quickly see the results of your work.

I am challenged daily by customers to find the most optimal transport solutions for them. I find that exciting.

In addition to the many coordinating tasks, you will also learn a lot about the rules to be respected in different countries and become proficient in geography.
