Many of the Dantra Group's 150 or so employees have been with the company for many years. Each year, several members of staff celebrate round and half-round anniversaries. The current situation is as follows:
10th anniversary
Kjeld Clausen Driver, Kolding
25th anniversary
Conni Kjær Logistics assistant, Troelstrup near Brædstrup
For a company like ours, it is necessary to be constantly at the forefront in areas such as safety, environment and quality management. In this context, attracting and retaining skilled and experienced people is crucial, and we attach great importance to long-term employee relations. It is therefore with both pride and pleasure that in 2012, for the third year in a row, we are celebrating a whole series of round and semi-round anniversaries from 10 years onwards.
- Marc Ahrenfeldt Jeel, Head of Transport
The two current anniversaries were marked with separate receptions at Dantra's headquarters in Hjøllund, where the anniversaries were celebrated and congratulated by the management and their colleagues. - It is a pleasure to see how, year after year, so many competent people enjoy working here. For us, both continuity and innovation are essential, and our people are of course our most important resource. We believe that an exciting professional environment with a focus on knowledge, quality and service is a key driver and motivator," concludes Marc Jeel.

As a freight forwarder trainee, I have been allowed to work very independently and with great responsibility from the very beginning of my traineeship.
My experienced colleagues provide me with good training and lots of support.
I find the job as a freight forwarding trainee both varied and exciting, as no two days are the same. You will also quickly see the results of your work.
I am challenged daily by customers to find the most optimal transport solutions for them. I find that exciting.
In addition to the many coordinating tasks, you will also learn a lot about the rules to be respected in different countries and become proficient in geography.
